Ardoer Camping Tempelhof is a cosy family campsite near the sea and the beach in Callantsoog. The campsite has an indoor swimming pool with a water slide and an extensive range of sports and play facilities. There is an indoor playground, a water playground, a sports hall and a fitness room. Camping Tempelhof is one of the few campsites in the Netherlands with a sports hall. There is a 6-metre climbing wall and all kinds of sporting activities are organised during the holidays, such as football tournaments, volleyball matches and much more. In the mornings, the sports hall is reserved for tennis. You can play for free until 11 a.m. (book at reception). For a bite to eat or a drink, visit the restaurant and snack bar. Restaurant Brasserie Duindorp is located next to a playground and has a lovely lounge terrace. So you can relax while the kids are playing.

Camping or renting at Camping Tempelhof

The campsite mainly has camping pitches, but there are also a few rental accommodations. You can stay in a so-called Beach Lodge or a mobile home. Camping at Camping Tempelhof can be as basic or as comfortable as you want; from small tent pitches to comfort pitches with private sanitary facilities. There is something for everyone. The campsite is open all year round. Just keep in mind that the swimming pool, restaurant and shop are closed in winter.

Camping Tempelhof is located about a 20-minute walk from the beach in Callantsoog, where the sun shines more often and longer than in the rest of the Netherlands! The beach at Callantsoog is clean and stretches for miles. It is ideal for enjoying a day in the sun, building sandcastles or taking a long walk. There are various beach pavilions on the beach and there is always something to do on Dorsplein in the centre, such as the Easter market on Easter Monday, the Ascension market on Ascension Day and a fair every Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. in July and August.
