Camping Charlemagne (Grimaud)
Camping Charlemagne in Grimaud is a small-scale 4-star campsite with 34 pitches and 26 rental accommodations. The pitches are suitable for tents, caravans and motorhomes. Those without their own camping equipment or who like to travel light can rent one of the comfortable mobile homes or safari tents. The campsite in southern France has a swimming pool and restaurant open from mid-June to the end of August. You can go there for pizza, traditional French cuisine and takeaway. There is also a bar with live music once a week. Other fun activities are organised in high season, such as water polo matches, aquarobics and occasional karaoke and dance nights.

The small campsite is the ideal base to discover the Var and the Côte d’Azur. The campsite is located on the French Riviera, a little way inland. A 15-minute drive takes you to the beaches of Port Grimaud and in summer a free shuttle bus runs from the campsite to the village, Port Grimaud and the sandy beach. On Port Grimaud’s beaches you will enjoy turquoise waters and cosy beach bars. Also take a trip to Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime, Ramatuelle or the beautiful Plage de Pampelonne. There is plenty to discover in the area!
