Camping De Duin
Camping De Duin is a small farm campsite in Overijssel, a 5-minute bike ride from Blokzijl. The car-free campsite is located behind a farm and offers 20 camping pitches with electricity connections for caravans and motorhomes. You can choose your own pitch, so you can enjoy the view you like best. Children can have fun on the trampoline and swing. There are also pedal go-karts available for their use. In the recreation room, you can chat with other campers, play games, and read. On warm summer days, you can swim in the swimming pond at the campsite.
Blokzijl and Surroundings
Blokzijl is just a 5-minute bike ride from the campsite. Explore the picturesque harbor where you can enjoy historic sailing ships and charming canal houses. Take a walk along the quays and through the picturesque streets of the village. Be sure to also visit the Weerribben-Wieden National Park, which is located nearby. The area can be explored by boat, bike, or canoe and consists of marshes, lakes, and reed beds. Explore other interesting cities and villages in the area, such as Giethoorn and Steenwijk.
