Camping du Fouilloux offers spacious camping pitches with a variety of options: sunny pitches, shaded spots and pitches with partial shade. Whether you’re travelling with a caravan, tent, trailer tent or motorhome, you’ll find a relaxed and natural atmosphere here. We also rent out comfortable mobile homes for guests who’d like to enjoy the campsite with a little extra comfort.
Campsite facilities
At the campsite, you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, ideal for hot summer days. There is also Wi-Fi, and you can order fresh bread and croissants every morning via the bread service. Pets are welcome on the campsite, provided they are kept on a lead. Within walking distance of the campsite, there is also a free municipal motorhome service area, as well as a small playground for children. This makes the campsite ideal as a stopover for travellers heading to the south of France or Spain.

The area around Camping du Fouilloux is particularly well-suited for lovers of walking and cycling. In the Deux-Sèvres, you’ll find quiet country lanes, lush countryside, small French villages and beautiful cycle routes. The charming town of Saint-Maixent-l’École is also nearby and offers shops, restaurants and markets. For fun day trips, the famous Futuroscope theme park is about a 40-minute drive from the campsite. The nature reserves around the Marais Poitevin, also known as the ‘Green Venice’, are definitely worth a visit. Here you can walk, go boating and enjoy the typical French countryside.
