Camping La Forêt

Camping La Forêt is a quiet family campsite in the Dordogne countryside. The site of over 8 hectares offers 99 spacious and shady pitches and 17 rental accommodations. There is a swimming pool and in high season the supermarket with tasty regional products is open. In the morning you can get fresh rolls and croissants by reservation, and if you don’t feel like cooking one evening, you can visit the restaurant. Or stop by the bar for a refreshing drink or a delicious Bergerac wine.

For the kids

Children will have hours of water fun in the campsite’s swimming pool, which is only for campsite guests. The campsite also has a playground with swings, slide and trampoline. Challenge each other to a game of petanque, tennis or table tennis, as all this is also possible at Camping La Forêt. In July and August there is a large recreation room next to the swimming pool, with various games, a pool table, television and free wifi.

Discover the Dordogne

The campsite is located in a hilly landscape on the edge of a forest in the Dordogne. There are beautiful views from the campsite, but you really explore the region on a drive or a nice bike ride or hike. The campsite is 40 km from Sarlat and 35 km from Bergerac. Lovers of the Middle Ages will enjoy the old villages and castles of the Dordogne. For major shopping you should go to Lalinde and Le Bugue. Small shops and a pharmacy can be found in nearby Sainte-Alvère.
