Camping La Semnadisse
Camping La Semnadisse is a small-scale and atmospheric campsite in the green heart of the Creuse, near the village of the same name. Here you camp in the middle of nature, on a site where peace and simplicity are central. The campsite is nestled in the gently rolling landscape of the Limousin, surrounded by fields, forests and soft hills.

The pitches are spacious and varied, with options for sun, shade or partial shade. In addition to places for tents, caravans and campers, the campsite also offers eleven spacious mobile homes with private terraces. For those looking for more comfort and privacy, a charming old farmhouse with its own garden is available for rent, just one hundred meters from the site.
Natural simplicity and friendly amenities
Facilities are simple but thoughtfully maintained. There are two central sanitary buildings with hot showers and toilets. Campers can use shared fridges, picnic tables and a large bench at the communal dining table. At the cozy café, you can order coffee or tea, and a wood-fired oven is available for baking bread or pizza. In the evening, gather firewood in the forest and light your own fire in a fire pit or bowl. Hammocks hang between the trees for those who want to relax. On hot days, take a dip in the natural swimming lake on site. If the weather changes, there’s a covered hangar where you can sit dry and kids can safely play.
Explore the nature of the Creuse
The surroundings of Parsac-Rimondeix are rural and wonderfully unspoiled. From the campsite, you can walk or cycle straight into the hilly countryside, along small country roads, forests and wide views. Nearby are peaceful villages where time seems to stand still. Parsac itself is a typical French village where you can pick up fresh baguettes in the morning. Also worth visiting is Chambon-sur-Voueize (30 km), with its Romanesque abbey and historic bridges. For a unique nature outing, head to the Parc des loups de Chabrières near Guéret, where you can see European wolves in large natural enclosures.
