Camping de la Promenade in Montjean-sur-Loire
Camping de la Promenade in Montjean-sur-Loire is a nature campsite on the banks of the Loire River, located 35 kilometres from Angers in a natural setting in Maine-et-Loire in the Pays-de-la-Loire. Here you will find peace and nature, but also fun activities with other campers, whatever you prefer.
The camping pitches are quite spacious and are either partially or completely shaded. The boundaries formed by bushes and hedges give you extra privacy. There is an electricity and water connection near the camping pitch. You can also book rental accommodation for your stay in France. Stay in one of the mobile homes or a tent. Enjoy a unique experience and rent a charming wooden caravan. You can have breakfast at the campsite or pick up fresh bread and make breakfast ‘at home’.
The swimming pool with paddling pool is open during the summer months. In July and August, there is also a Kids Club where fun activities are organised for children. You can enjoy some sport on the boules court or volleyball court. Camping de la Promenade organises lively evenings for the whole family during the season.

From Camping de la Promenade, as the name suggests, you can go on a number of beautiful walks and trips to discover the surrounding area. Step aboard the Ligériade boat and take a boat trip on the Loire River while enjoying the beautiful views. Want to get out and about with the whole family? Then head to Puy du Fou, a wonderful theme park 55 minutes from the campsite. Of course, there are plenty of opportunities for water sports on the Loire, such as kayaking, which you can do from the campsite. The nearby vineyards are also well worth a visit.
