Camping Seasonova Le Point du Jour is a family campsite right by the sea in Normandy. The medium-sized campsite is located between Cabourg and Ouistreham and offers 139 pitches, including 31 rental units. The campsite offers mobile homes, cottages and Bivouc tents for 2 persons. All rental accommodation has its own veranda. Most camping pitches are grassy and separated by semi-high hedges. The most beautiful pitches are by the sea. Some have their own picnic area.

Facilities at Le Point du Jour campsite

The campsite has a swimming pool with sliding roof and for more water fun there is the beach, which can be reached via a dune path from the campsite. For a fee, you can use the sauna and whirlpool or enjoy a massage. For children there is a playground and in high season a variety of activities are organised daily, from children’s entertainment to yoga and pilates. The bar-restaurant offers refreshing drinks and tasty snacks, and the small supermarket offers fresh bread and croissants to order.

Camping Seasonova Le Point du Jour is located in the Calvados department, in the middle of the Normandy region, just 15 kilometres from Caen. Its location on the Côte Fleurie offers a wonderful base for exploring the region’s rich historical heritage, such as the famous D-Day beaches and the impressive Mémorial de Caen. The campsite is a stone’s throw from Merville-Franceville, a friendly seaside resort labelled ‘Famille Plus’, where you can find various activities and events, such as sports competitions on the beach, music evenings and the annual Cidre et Dragon festival. For water sports enthusiasts, the seaside location offers numerous possibilities, such as kite surfing, sailing and canoeing. In addition, the area is perfect for beautiful cycle rides and walks. A cycle path leads from the campsite to Cabourg and bicycles can be hired at reception.
