Camping ’t Bruggetje
Camping ’t Bruggetje is a small-scale mini-campsite in Zeeland, quietly situated in the polder near Kerkwerve on Schouwen-Duiveland. The campsite is surrounded by greenery and sweeping fields and is aimed at campers who wish to escape the hustle and bustle. From your pitch, you can easily explore the surrounding area by bike or on foot. The Zeeland coast, Burgh Haamstede and the Brouwersdam are also nearby, making the campsite ideal for walkers, cyclists, nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts.
Intimate camping in the Zeeland polder
At Camping ’t Bruggetje, you’ll stay on a spacious pitch in the heart of the polder. You can camp here with a tent, caravan, trailer tent, camper van, motorhome or roof tent. The pitches are set in green and peaceful surroundings with views over the surrounding fields. Electricity is available. No rental accommodation is offered. To ensure a comfortable stay, the campsite has toilets, hot showers, drinking water and hot water. A waste disposal point is available for motorhomes and campervans. Waste can be sorted for recycling and you can park on the site. Pets are welcome free of charge, subject to prior arrangement. During the summer holidays, occasional informal activities are organised.

From Camping ’t Bruggetje, you can fully explore Schouwen Duiveland. Near Burgh Haamstede, you can go for walks through woods and dunes and along the beach. The Westenschouwen Forest and the Prunje Polder are also interesting destinations for nature lovers. On the coast near Renesse, you can visit the beach and spot seals. Water sports enthusiasts can head to the Brouwersdam to go surfing, kitesurfing or sailing. For a day out, you can visit historic Zierikzee, the Watersnoodmuseum, the Plompe Toren or Neeltje Jans. The Oosterschelde is also within easy reach of the campsite. Those who enjoy being out and about can cycle or walk along the polder paths around Kerkwerve or visit the climbing forest in Westenschouwen.
