Camp du Soleil in Ars-en-Ré is a family campsite between town and sea in a relaxing environment 400 metres from the beach of Ars-en-Ré in the Charente-Maritime in the Poitou-Charentes region. Taste the region’s oysters, melons and cognac. At the campsite, you can stay overnight in one of the comfortable mobile homes. The rental accommodation is fully equipped. On the campsite you will find a bar, a restaurant and a bread service. There is also a launderette. You won’t be bored at Camp du Soleil. In the recreation room you can borrow books. For children, there are gaming machines, such as a pinball machine and table football. From May to September, the campsite’s swimming pool is open and you can enjoy the heated water. There is a paddling pool for toddlers. The campsite also has a playground, table tennis and a boules court.

Camping on the île-de-Ré island

From Camp du Soleil it is 400 metres to the beach of Ars-en-Ré. The centre is also nearby where you’ll find a market and a supermarket, among other things. Make a fun day of it and book a round on the mini-golf course. Horse-riding enthusiasts will find a riding school 4 kilometres from the campsite. You can also play tennis and golf in the Charente-Maritime.
