Small Campsite in Bernburg
On the edge of charming Bernburg lies this small, green campsite, tucked away in a spacious orchard of about 7,500 m². Here you can camp with your tent, roof tent, or campervan among the fruit trees, in a fully enclosed garden where peace and simplicity prevail. There is plenty of space in the orchard to relax. You are welcome to wander through the garden, meet the owners’ chickens and dogs, or end your day with a cosy campfire at the fire pit. There is a simple toilet and a water well for utility water, which is also suitable for cooking. There is no running water or electricity, but if you bring your own travel shower, you can enjoy a refreshing wash. A gas stove is available for preparing meals, and at the picnic table you can quietly enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the open air. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Bernburg itself is a charming town with a historic old centre, a riverside forest, and cosy streets. For nature lovers, the floodplain forest is a highlight, home to a variety of bird species and other wildlife. For a day trip, the Harz Mountains are a versatile destination with vast forests, mountain peaks, and picturesque half-timbered villages. Here you will find countless hiking and cycling trails, and in winter, even skiing is possible. A visit to the famous Brocken, the highest mountain in the Harz, is a must.
