Mini campsite in Retie
This peaceful, nature-rich campspace is tucked away at the back of a meadow in Flanders, about 2 km from the center of Retie. The pitches are suitable for tents, caravans, campervans and motorhomes. Electricity is available for campers. You can prepare your own meals using the provided basic cooking utensils, kettle and BBQ. In the evening, you can enjoy a fire bowl or fire pit. Firewood is available for purchase on site. Children are very welcome here. They can play freely on the grounds, run around in the grass and meet the animals that roam around. For rainy days, there’s a covered area for shelter. Sanitary facilities are basic but functional. There is a toilet and a private space where you can shower with your own water bag, provided you use eco-friendly products.

The campspace is located in Retie, in the heart of the Belgian Campine. This region is known for its varied landscape of forests, fields and heath. From your pitch, you can step straight into nature on foot or by bike. Several walking and cycling routes nearby take you past ponds, sandy paths and peaceful rural roads. For those who enjoy water activities, there’s a kayak launch point nearby where you can explore the surrounding river at your own pace. The center of Retie is just two kilometers away, where you’ll find cafés, shops and a local bakery.
