Minicamping ’t Veld
Camping Minicamping ’t Veld is a small-scale, rural campsite in Belgium, set in a peaceful orchard with plum and apple trees. The campsite offers around ten spacious pitches of approximately 80 m², suitable for tents, caravans, or motorhomes. For smaller tents, there are compact spots of 20 m² nestled under the fruit trees. There is also a hikers’ cabin for two to four people. For relaxation, a cozy, wood-fired sauna is available to reserve. Young guests have plenty of space to play: they can dig and build in the sandbox, jump on the trampoline, or go on an adventure in the small forest playground with a slide. Under the covered terrace, there’s a ping pong table for friendly matches. For those wanting to do some laundry during their stay, a washing machine is available on request.
Discover historic Bruges
Just 16 kilometers away lies world-famous Bruges. Wander through medieval streets, admire the canals, climb the Belfry, and visit museums such as the Gruuthuse Museum or the Chocolate Museum. The city is also a culinary hotspot, with everything from traditional Belgian fries to refined gourmet cuisine.
Cycling and walking in West Flanders
From the campsite, you can walk or cycle straight into the typical West Flemish countryside: a mix of forests, open fields, and winding country roads. The nearby Groene 62, a former railway line turned car-free cycling and walking path, leads you to charming villages, castles, and hidden natural spots.
