Green nature campsite in East Flanders, Belgium, in a peaceful location on the edge of the Everslaarbos, just outside the city of Lokeren. Here you camp with your tent overlooking fields and forest, surrounded by nature yet close to everything you need. This place is ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy peace, relaxation and fresh air. You can use the natural swimming pond on the property and there is a separate sanitary unit with shower, toilet and sink. Drinking water, electricity, a fire pit and a sheltered spot for rainy days are available. For families, there is a play area with trampoline, swings, a football goal and board games. Wifi is available in the covered studio and chickens roam freely on the grounds. The friendly owners are happy to share their garden with you and offer a warm welcome.

From the campsite you can immediately access the cycling network or take a walk through the Everslaarbos. Visit the Molsbroek nature reserve, rent a kayak or SUP on the Durme river or spend a day at the Provincial Domain of Puyenbroeck. There’s also plenty of culture to explore: Ghent and Antwerp are less than an hour’s drive away and in Lokeren itself you’ll find cosy cafés such as Cultuurcafé and Het Gelag. For dinner, head to De Bokmolenhoeve within walking distance and pick up fresh bread in the morning from baker Joeri or baker Mels nearby.
