Nature campsite in Ravensburg
On the sunny southern slope of the Schussental in Baden-Württemberg lies this green nature campsite. Here you can spend the night in a wildflower meadow or among cherry and apple trees. The pitches are very spacious (500 m²) and offer plenty of privacy and peace. You can stay here with a tent, camper van, or roof tent. The campsite is located on a working orchard of seven hectares, where apples, pears, cherries, plums, hazelnuts, and walnuts are grown. Everything is untreated and often sold directly or processed into juice, cider, or schnapps. Between the fruit trees, you will find insect hotels, bird nesting boxes, and wild rose hedges, making the nature here particularly beautiful.
Camping in the orchard
On the grounds, you will find a toilet and a cold outdoor shower to freshen up after a warm day. In the evening, a campfire is a must – the owners are happy to provide a fire bowl with firewood. For relaxation, you can book the sauna, beautifully located in the former cow barn between the cherry trees. There is also a place to charge electric bikes using solar power.
