The nearby Åsnen National Park is a paradise for nature lovers. It’s known for its pristine forests, tranquil waters and rich biodiversity. Several hiking trails of varying difficulty run through the park. With a bit of luck, you might spot a moose or a sea eagle! A whole network of lakes and rivers can be explored by canoe. Just a few minutes’ drive from Nordic Woods, you’ll find a supermarket in the village of Ryd for groceries.
