Residence Côté Canal
Just 200 meters from the Canal du Midi in Southern France, you’ll find Residence Côté Canal. The residence offers various apartments, suitable for 2 to 6 people, and two swimming pools with a children’s pool. They are open from April to September, and one of the pools is heated. For an additional fee, you can use the wellness area with sauna and hammam, and during the peak season, there’s an entertainment program for all ages. Each apartment comes with its own terrace, adjacent to a beautiful lawn. Children can play in front of the house or enjoy themselves in the playground, which is also available! Meanwhile, sports enthusiasts can enjoy themselves on the tennis court or in the fitness room. A game of petanque is also an option.

Residence Côté Canal is located less than 200 meters from the banks of the Canal du Midi and just a half-hour drive from the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea. You’re close to the port of Le Somail, as well as the mountain ranges of La Clape and the Corbières. In the surrounding area, you can take excursions to Narbonne, Salles d’Aude, and Béziers. Further afield, you’ll find Perpignan or even neighboring Spain.
