Safari tent Nieuweroord at RCN het Grote Bos in Doorn is a beautiful accommodation where you can enjoy a wonderful vacation in the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. This detached, spacious safari tent is quietly located on the edge of the park, providing you with plenty of privacy. The tent is suitable for 5 people and has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. Additionally, there is a luxury kitchen with a dishwasher, gas stove, and a coffee maker. In the living room, you’ll find a spacious dining table and a cozy seating area. The tent has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and a single bed. Furthermore, the safari tent features a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, and air conditioning. You can also relax and enjoy a beautiful view on the terrace outside.
RCN het Grote Bos
RCN het Grote Bos is a holiday park with numerous facilities and activities for both young and old. The heated outdoor pool with spectacular slides and the water playground provide a lot of water fun. In addition, there is also a survival course and a recreation team, as well as various sports facilities and playgrounds. You can enjoy a delicious meal at the brasserie with a terrace, which is open all year round, or grab a quick bite at the snack bar. There is also a supermarket for all your groceries. Other facilities include a holiday church, a laundry room (for a fee), and the opportunity to rent bicycles, e-bikes, (electric) go-karts, and E-Choppers. Additionally, there are charging points for electric cars, and the park is accessible by public transportation.
In the Surroundings
In the surroundings of the safari tent and the holiday park, there is plenty to do. You can visit Ouwehands Dierenpark, the Nijntje museum, or Museum Huis Doorn. You can also go mountain biking or hiking in the nature of De Utrechtse Heuvelrug. If you’re in the mood for some active sports, you can also go paddling with The Paddelers Doorn, located near RCN het Grote Bos.
