Villa tent at Parc de Witte Vennen
On the edge of green North Limburg, between the forests and the peaceful Meuse Valley, you will find the Villatent at Parc de Witte Vennen. A place where you start the day with a cup of coffee on your veranda, while the children are already eager to run to the recreational lake. You will stay in a luxury safari tent with your own bathroom, fully furnished and yet with that wonderful outdoor feeling that Villatent is so well known for.
Luxury safari tent with all the trimmings
The Villatent Nomad is suitable for up to six people and feels surprisingly spacious. Inside, you will find two separate bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and one with two bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin — very convenient when travelling with the family. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner gas stove, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine and kettle. Outside, you have your own veranda with lounge set, hammock and barbecue. It is the ideal mix of luxury and the freedom of camping.
Water fun at the recreational lake
Parc de Witte Vennen is known for its large recreational lake with a sandy beach. The shore slopes gently, allowing children to play and splash around safely. The popular 30-metre water slide provides extra action — you can hear the laughter all afternoon. Want to relax yourself? Find a spot in the grass or stretch out on a towel on the beach.
Play area for all ages
The park is spacious and has a large playground with more than twenty pieces of equipment, from a cable car to a family swing. There are also sports fields for beach volleyball, tennis, football and table tennis. You can hire pedal boats, play a game of boules or let the children race around on go-karts. It’s a place where the day just flies by.
Relaxation and facilities
Those seeking peace and quiet have also been catered for: the park has a sauna and steam room. There is a snack bar for quick meals, a terrace by the water and during holiday periods you can order fresh bread rolls. Parking is available close to your tent and WiFi is available in many places.
Discover North Limburg
From the park, you can easily drive to the De Maasduinen or De Groote Peel nature reserves, two of the most beautiful nature reserves in Limburg. Venray and charming villages along the Meuse are also nearby — convenient for a terrace or a quick errand.
