Camping Vallée de l’Our
Camping Vallée de l’Our is a welcoming campsite by a river in the northwest of Luxembourg, just a few meters from the German border. On the campsite, you’ll find Vodatent safari tents and mobile homes available for rent. There is a fun playground where children can play to their heart’s content. Don’t feel like cooking one evening? You can enjoy delicious dishes at the restaurant, including soups, salads, fries, spaghetti, pizzas, fish, and meat. The campsite shop offers basic products and fresh bread. Good news for dog owners: your loyal four-legged friend doesn’t have to stay at home, as dogs are more than welcome. There’s even a special Agility Park where dogs can have fun on an obstacle course.
Castles, Villages, and Nature in Luxembourg
Visit the Vianden Castle (13.3 km), one of the most impressive castles in Luxembourg. The castle is perched on a hilltop, overlooking the town of Vianden and the surrounding valley. Inside, you can take guided tours to learn more about its history and architecture. Nature lovers will enjoy the Our National Park (6.9 km), which offers numerous hiking and biking trails through the scenic Ardennes landscape. Nearby villages to explore include Clervaux (15.5 km) and Esch-sur-Sûre (30.3 km). Though a bit further away, a day trip to Luxembourg City is well worth it. The city offers a mix of modern and historic attractions, such as the Bock Casemates, the Old Town (a UNESCO World Heritage site), and numerous museums.
