Tree house for 2 people

Surrounded by nature, you can camp in tree house type 1 with two people. For a cool father-son weekend, a cosy mother-daughter weekend or a romantic weekend with your partner. One thing is certain: in the tree house, you will go ‘back to nature’. High and dry outside or at the picnic table, you can enjoy a delicious homemade camping lunch. With the 2-burner hob, you can prepare a tasty meal and sit outside by the outdoor heater in the evening. The nature cottage has an electric heater, a refrigerator and a jerry can for water. The water tap is located outside. Electricity is available, and we provide two duvets and two pillows.

Camping Torentjeshoek

Camping Torentjeshoek is a cosy family campsite located in Dwingelderveld National Park in Drenthe. The campsite has pitches for campers, tents and caravans. It is also possible to book a pitch with private sanitary facilities. In addition, you can rent various types of accommodation, such as chalets, tree houses, safari tents and lodges. You won’t get bored at this campsite. It has a sports field, boules court, table tennis table, climbing wall, and you can go pony and horse riding. The camping pitches are wonderfully spacious and there is also a wide range of unique rental accommodations. Dogs are also welcome at the campsite.

Especially for children

For the kids, there is a fun playground, entertainment programme (high season), bouncy castles, petting zoo, camping field with play equipment, water playground, go-kart (rental) and play area. During your holiday at Torentjeshoek campsite, you can make free use of the ‘Het Beleefpark Dwingeloo’ swimming pool, which is about a 5-minute walk from the campsite. Before you jump into the outdoor pool, you can pick up admission tickets at the campsite reception. For snacks and drinks, visit the brasserie and snack bar. Go on a journey of discovery together and explore the great outdoors during one of the many beautiful walking or cycling trips through Dwingeloo and the surrounding area. At Torentjeshoek Family Campsite in Dwingeloo, you are welcome to slow down! Relaxing has never been so much fun.

A visit to the dolmens is also a must. With a total of 54 dolmens scattered throughout the province, there is always one near your campsite.
