This green, peaceful campsite in southern France is located near the French village of Cucuron Etang de la Bonde. There are six camping pitches spread across the site. From the campsite, you can discover the beauty of the Parc Naturel Régional du Luberon nature park. Here you can enjoy wonderful walks (with children) and soak up the French sun. The Parc Naturel Régional du Luberon is an area of water and fire and is rich in fauna and flora. The Luberon is sandwiched between the Vaucluse in the north, the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence in the east and the Durance valley in the south. You are here in the heart of the Grand Luberon, also known as the Montagne Noir, near the Provençal village of Cucuron with 2,000 inhabitants. The village is an excellent base for exploring the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, with its historic villages, nature and festivals. Camping à la Ferme Roumavagi is about an hour’s drive from Aix-en-Provence and Arles, near the Camargue and the coastal towns of Marseille and Cassis. Near Marseille and Cassis are the world-famous Calanques on the Mediterranean Sea.
