Camping Bellerive
Camping Bellerive in Montfrin is a welcoming and peaceful campsite in the Gard with a swimming pool located on a river in the Occitanie region. The campsite in southern France has 100 pitches consisting of camping pitches, chalets, safari tents and mobile homes. These pitches are located along the banks of the Gardon river and are shaded by beautiful oak trees, among other things. You are assured of peace and quiet here, and this medium-sized campsite is the ideal place to relax with family and/or friends. Next to the campsite, just outside the gates, there is a communal swimming pool. The river has a lawn where you can sunbathe and take a dip in the water.
Surroundings of the Gard
There are wonderful walking routes around Camping Bellerive. You can also hire a canoe to paddle up and down the river. Near the campsite is the Pont du Gard aqueduct (10 kilometres), which is definitely worth a visit. The cities of Avignon, Arles and Nîmes are also reasonably close by (about 25 kilometres). Here you can enjoy a stroll and browse the shops, but also soak up some culture and admire the Palais des Papes, the arena in Nîmes, the Maison Carrée in Arles and the famous Pont d’Avignon.
