Camping des Grottes
Camping des Grottes in Alliat is a traditional campsite in the Ariège, located in a regional nature park on a river in the Midi-Pyrénées. An excellent campsite for anyone who enjoys mountain climbing and culture. The camping pitches are shaded and marked out by green hedges. The pitches are suitable for tents, caravans and motorhomes and are spread across the green camping grounds. You can also stay in a chalet or mobile home. The campsite has a snack bar and a pizzeria, ideal if you don’t feel like cooking yourself. There is also a campsite shop and a bar where you can use WiFi free of charge.
At Camping des Grottes, children can enjoy themselves in the heated swimming paradise. There is a paddling pool for the little ones and older children can whizz down the water slides. During the summer, the entertainment team organises sports activities and fun evening entertainment. You will also find table football and billiards at this campsite. Relax in the jacuzzi and sauna, then play a game on the boules court.

The Ariège is a beautiful region with mountains and valleys and a rich culture. Camping des Grottes is therefore an excellent campsite as a base from which to explore the area. If you like adventure, try a day of canyoning or go paragliding. For a slightly less adventurous programme, hire a canoe and go down the river. Culture lovers will also find plenty to enjoy in the area around the campsite: caves, castles and many museums can be visited in the Midi-Pyrénées.
