Welcome to MTB Camping Fiederels!
How exciting to have found us! We are Bas and Els, and we’d love to tell you more about our beautiful campground and Bed & Breakfast, situated in one of the most picturesque spots in the Noordoostpolder in the province of Flevoland. Since 2022, we’ve been managing this unique place, where athleticism and warmth come together.
Our Background
We are an active couple with three children, and besides our love for nature and the outdoors, we are avid mountain bikers. In collaboration with our mountain bike club “Masters of Trails,” we’ve created an impressive mountain biking trail through the forest. Later, we added an incredible bike park that offers challenges for both young and old. In the heart of the bike park, we’ve even set up a fire pit for cozy evenings.
Camping Fiederels with Amenities
Our campground offers 25 spacious spots, all equipped with hard surfaces for parking your car, caravan, or camper, along with lush grassy areas. As for facilities, we have a modern shower and toilet building, electricity (10 Amps) and water at every spot. For campers, there’s a designated area for emptying kitchen and shower water, as well as one for emptying the (chemical) toilet. And don’t worry about staying connected; our Wi-Fi is complimentary!
Mountain Biking Adventure in Flevoland!
Right next to the campground, you’ll find our adventurous mountain bike park, beautifully landscaped with shrubs, fruit trees, and flowers. This park is designed especially for mountain bikers and is open and free to access. Don’t forget your helmet, as it’s mandatory!
Adventure Forest for All Ages
Adjacent to our campground is the Adventure Forest, where sports and play come naturally. Whether you’re with your family or just looking to relax, you’ll always find something fun to do here.
Bed & Breakfast Fiederels
Until recently, barn swallows would dart in and out of our hayloft, but now we’ve transformed it into a charming Bed & Breakfast apartment with two bedrooms. Although it’s fully booked for 2023, we’re working on a detached cottage with its own amenities like a toilet, shower, and kitchen, offering a delightful view of the spacious lawn and fruit trees. We expect to welcome our first guests later this year.
