Camping Le Convivial is a small, cosy campsite with a swimming pool located in Saint-Martial-de-Nabirat in the Périgord, Dordogne. This green, peaceful campsite has marked, spacious, shaded pitches and various rental accommodations such as a gîte, caravans and mobile homes, all fully equipped and suitable for up to 6 people. The campsite is suitable for disabled people. As the name suggests, the atmosphere can be described as warm and friendly. Take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool or get to know the other campers during one of the activities organised by the campsite, such as sports tournaments, pizza evenings and music evenings. Children will have a great time in the playground with swings, in the recreation room or on the sports field. You don’t have to leave the campsite for fresh bread and small groceries. If you don’t feel like cooking, the snack bar or takeaway meals are sure to come in handy.

Camping Le Convivial is located 6 km from the Dordogne valley and Domme and 18 km from the medieval town of Sarlat. This makes the campsite the ideal base for visiting the many sights this region has to offer. The beautiful surroundings are best explored on lovely walks, bike rides and horse rides. Or hire a canoe and float down one of the rivers. There are many castles to visit in the Dordogne valley, such as the Château de Milandes, the castle and village of Beynac-Casenac or the Château and gardens of Losse. Admire the prehistoric cave paintings in the caves of Lascaux and the stalactite caves of Proumeyssac. Or descend into the Gouffre de Padirac… caves with underground lakes and rivers… Visit the farmers’ markets in Cenan, Gourdan, Saint Cyprien or Sarlat and taste local specialities such as truffles, foie gras, cheeses or wines.
