Camping Les Seulières

Discover the island of Île d’Oleron
Surrounding the campsite is a network of cycle paths that allow you to explore the beautiful island and its natural surroundings. From the campsite, you can also easily explore the Charente-Maritime department, the port city of La Rochelle and the neighbouring Île de Ré. At the tip of the island is the beautiful Phare de Chassiron lighthouse. The lighthouse is open to visitors and offers fantastic views of the sea and the island. There is also a museum and you can take guided tours of the area. Furthermore, Île d’Oléron consists largely of salt marshes. There are countless salt farmers and it is highly recommended to walk along the many marshes. Nice villages on the island are Saint-Georges-d’Oléron, Saint-Trojan-les-Bains and Saint-Pierre d’Oléron.
