Camping and marina De Meeuw

Camping and marina De Meeuw in Brielle is located on Lake Brielle in South Holland on the island of Voorne. Here you will find the best of both worlds: enjoy a combination of water and city. From the beach at the campsite, you can take a pedal boat, stand-up paddle board or sloop out onto the lake to visit the many moose that Lake Brielle has to offer.

Stay in your own camping equipment on a camping pitch or book a luxury Brielse lodge or cosy hiker’s cabin. Come with a group or as a couple. There is room for everyone at De Meeuw campsite and marina. You can also stay at this campsite with your boat in the small harbour. The marina offers space for 160 sheltered berths.

Holidaying with the children

Going on holiday with your (grand)children? This is the perfect destination for the whole family. During Easter, the May holidays, Ascension Day, Whitsun and the summer holidays, a fantastic recreation team is on hand for children of all ages: from crafts to sports days and daily ‘bedtime stories’. There is also a ‘chill out’ area for teenagers. There is plenty to do at De Meeuw campsite and marina!

You won’t go hungry after all that playing. There is a snack bar for when you’re feeling peckish, or you can eat with the whole family at Eetcafé de Brielse Meer. At the eatery, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake or a view of the courtyard between Eetcafé de Brielse Meer and a 19th-century bunker. The morning after a busy day full of activities, you can relax with a breakfast that you order in advance from the bakery. In short: there is delicious food and plenty to do at De Meeuw campsite and marina in Brielle.

Discover Brielle and Lake Brielle

Camping and marina De Meeuw borders Lake Brielse Meer. Sailing, surfing, swimming, sunbathing, water skiing – you can do it all in the clean waters of Lake Brielse Meer. On and next to camping De Meeuw, there is a beach where you can relax in the summer. Take the canoe and visit the many islands that the lake has to offer. Hire a pedalo, sloop or stand-up paddleboard at the campsite to explore the lake from the water.

Brielle, also known as Den Briel, is an idyllic, small fortified town. The atmosphere of centuries past can still be felt everywhere in Brielle. It is best known for the conquest of the Sea Beggars in 1572. From monumental buildings to old fortifications, imagine yourself in a piece of history from centuries past. There are a few churches, nice restaurants and museums to visit. You won’t be bored here!
