Domaine Des Messires
Domaine Des Messires is a campsite nestled in the heart of the Vosges’ natural beauty. The campsite is located at the end of a small lane, surrounded by forests and meadows on the shores of a five-hectare lake. With a bit of luck, you can spot beavers during an evening stroll along the water. The campsite primarily offers camping pitches, with a total of 120 spots, including 14 furnished tents and 20 mobile homes. You can choose to camp by the water, next to a babbling brook, or near the playground. Alternatively, you can opt for a furnished tent or a mobile home. From the terrace of the bistro, you can enjoy views of the lake and the lush hills of the Vosges.
Family Camping by a Lake
The five-hectare lake is our main attraction and is part of the campsite. The water is sourced from various springs, ensuring excellent quality. There’s a small beach where you can swim or take a leisurely canoe trip. The campsite provides complimentary canoes for guests. Anglers can cast their lines by the water’s edge or from a boat, and, of course, release the fish back into the lake after catching them.
The Vosges, a Hiker’s Paradise
Domaine des Messires is situated in the heart of the Vosges, surrounded by a mountainous landscape. Thanks to the hundreds of kilometers of hiking and mountain biking trails, you can thoroughly explore the area, including the natural parks Ballons des Vosges and Vosges du Nord. Beyond the Vosges mountain pass, Alsace unfolds with its countless vineyards.
