Domaine Le Mialaret
Domaine Le Mialaret in Neuvic is a 4-star castle campsite with a swimming pool in the green Corrèze region, owned by Dutch owners on a 44-hectare centuries-old estate with a 19th-century chateau. The 4-star campsite offers a variety of accommodation options, such as chalets, safari tents and spacious camping pitches (all at least 150 m² in size and equipped with a wooden picnic table for 8 people). Domaine Le Mialaret is mentioned as early as the 14th century in the history of this nature-rich area of France. There are still a number of impressive trees on the grounds that date back to that time. The current castle was built in 1893, and in 2001 the estate came into Dutch hands. The Dutch owners aim to restore the estate to its former glory and at the same time turn it into a paradise for active holidaymakers who want to honour nature and all it has to offer.
Fun small-scale activities
Freedom is the keyword at Domaine Le Mialaret: no barriers, fences or prohibition signs, choose your own spot (even in high season), shower for as long and as hot as you like, light a fire in front of your tent or caravan or one of the rental accommodations such as chalets (with or without a teepee), maisonettes or large safari tents (36 m²). You will receive a warm welcome! Don’t expect ultra-luxury; everything has been renovated but with an emphasis on comfort, preserving the character of the building. Enjoy the large Art Deco swimming pool, a tennis court, 2 fishing ponds (one with trout), 2 playgrounds for children, a football and volleyball field, bossaball, bouncy castle, ping pong tables, a life-size chess game and a petanque court. Camping Domaine Le Mialaret offers numerous small-scale activities for children, teenagers and adults alike. For teenagers, there is a special youth area, which is out of earshot of the other guests!
