Pielachtal Camping
Pielachtal Camping is a small cozy campsite located near a pond with a sandy beach in the southwestern part of the Lower Austria state in Austria. The campsite offers spacious waterfront pitches, and for those who prefer a bit more comfort, there are two charming wooden cabins available for rent. A footbridge has been built across the pond, and there are several docks in the water. A separate area has been designated for dog owners.
Camping in the Dirndltal
The campsite is situated in the popular Dirndltal region in Mostviertel, the southwestern part of the Lower Austria state in Austria. It is an ideal destination for cycling and hiking enthusiasts as well as adventurous families. The campsite is connected to the Pielachtal Cycle Path, and climbing enthusiasts can indulge in both indoor and outdoor activities in the Dirndltal. One thing not to be missed is a train ride on the popular narrow-gauge railway, Mariazellerbahn, which provides a perfect way to reach local attractions and enjoy beautiful views along the way. The campsite is also conveniently located for a day trip to Vienna or Linz, with both cities being approximately an hour’s drive away from the campsite.
