Tiny House in Elim
This former barn has been completely renovated and transformed into a charming tiny house. The accommodation is situated in a peaceful location in the rural surroundings of South Drenthe. The kitchen, shower, and toilet are covered and partially located outside. In the kitchenette with a stove and refrigerator, you can prepare simple meals. Here, you’ll also find a dining table with chairs and a wood-burning stove to warm up the space on cooler evenings. The toilet and shower are separated from the kitchen by a wooden partition. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed for your overnight stay. In the garden, you can find a picnic table and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows. The tiny house is located on the premises of a farm.
Things to Do in Drenthe
Approximately a 20-minute drive from the tiny house, you’ll find Wildlands, a popular zoo with a variety of animals and attractions. The park is divided into different themed areas, and you can also enjoy various fun rides, such as boat trips through the jungle, safari rides through the savanna, and expedition adventures in the polar regions. Be sure to also visit the Veenpark, an open-air museum near Barger-Compascuum where you can learn all about the history of peat in Drenthe. Additionally, explore beautiful cities like Coevorden, Hoogeveen, and Emmen.
