Village chalets Le Rû du Pré is a charming, small holiday park with a swimming pool in the historic town of Cravant on the edge of the beautiful Morvan nature park in Burgundy. On the beautiful green grounds, you will find a total of 9 chalets with a capacity of up to 7 people, including 1 equipped for disabled guests. Le Rû du Pré is a wonderful location for rest and relaxation. The heated swimming pool offers plenty of water fun and in high season, fun activities are organised for children during the day. Le Rû du Pré also organises boules and table tennis competitions and cosy barbecue evenings for young and old.

Village-chalets Le Rû du Pré is the ideal base for visiting the vineyards of Burgundy with Chardonnay and Pinot and descending into the wine cellars. Cravant is a beautiful medieval village surrounded by nature. Cast a line in the nearby river. There are many beautiful walks or skate trips along the Nivernais canal. The historic town of Vézeley, situated on a hill, is on the UNESCO cultural heritage list and is an important place of pilgrimage. Visit the 12th-century Basilica of Vézeley and stroll through the narrow streets. The town of Avallon with its city walls, museums and cultural heritage and Auxerre, full of art and history, are both well worth a visit. Or descend into the prehistoric caves of Arcy-sur-Cure, some of the most beautiful in France. The cave paintings are even older than those in the famous caves of Lascaux.
