Yurt in Dwingeloo
Looking for a special place to stay in the Drenthe countryside? Then this yurt in Dwingeloo is highly recommended! The yurt is suitable for two people and is located directly on the Dwingelderveld National Park. When you open the doors, you immediately have a beautiful view of the forest. There is also a gypsy wagon and a holiday home on the grounds. All accommodations are surrounded by a private garden, where you can enjoy peace and privacy. The yurt is furnished as a living and sleeping area, and next to the yurt is a log cabin with a kitchenette and sanitary facilities. The log cabin is entirely for your use and does not need to be shared with other guests on the grounds. Both the log cabin and the yurt have underfloor heating, and the yurt has a wood-burning stove for cold winter days.
The surroundings of Dwingeloo
The charming yurt is located directly on the Dwingelderveld National Park, where you can walk, cycle or ride a horse through no less than 37 km² of forest, heathland and fens. The neighbouring village of Dwingeloo, with its picturesque Brink, offers plenty of opportunities for dining out, shopping or enjoying an ice cream. Not far from the yurt (approx. 10 km) you will find the recreational lake Het Blauwe Meer. Here you can cool off on hot days and relax on the beach.
